Ferndale Board of Education unanimously approved the application to the Michigan Department of Treasury.

August 15, 2011

Ferndale Board of Education unanimously accepted the recommendation of the Board’s Operations Committee to pursue placing a $22,825,000 bond issue on the ballot in February 2012, authorizing the Superintendent to notify the Michigan Department of Treasury that a bond application will be forthcoming.

Summer 2011

A Citizens Bond Committee spent nine weeks conducting site visits, analyzing and studying district facilities needs to develop a list of necessary improvements to recommend to the Board's Operations Committee.
