Those accepting the privilege of using district technology to facilitate learning, but who violate these responsibilities may face the following disciplinary action.

Users may be:

• Banned from using school hardware and telecommunications software to access the Internet.
• Required to make full financial restitution for any unauthorized expenses incurred or any damage caused.
• Required to attend additional training sessions in appropriate Internet use to continue using school hardware, software, and Internet access after any unauthorized use of these technologies.
• Required to face additional disciplinary action appropriate in keeping with the disciplinary policies and guidelines of the District.
