W. Charles Moeser was elected in May 2010, his term expires December 2014. He has a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University and a master’s from Wayne State University. He is an environmental specialist, a graduate from Ferndale High School, and is a lifetime community member. Mr. Moeser is very active with parent booster groups.
