Adult/Alternative Education & 9th Grade Academy Checklist for Easy Enrolling Residency Requirements
Enrollment Forms (PDF files)
  • High School Transcripts/ Report Card
  • Parent/guardian for students under 18 yrs
  • Picture I.D. for student and parent
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records - Call your County Health Department for free* immunizations. If you are under 18, you will need to take a parent/guardian with you.

  • Child Care Information: To register for child care, bring each child’s immunization records and health forms.
All 16*-19 year olds from the Metro Detroit area are eligible to register for our Alternative High School.

Any adults over the age of 20 can register for our Adult Education programs.

Any adults can register for our English as a Second Language program, there is no age limitation.

*Students should be 16 by September 1, by the beginning of the school year.
