About the Ferndale Career Center
The Ferndale Career Center is a well-established employment and career resource and is a member of the Michigan Works! Association.
The Michigan Works! System is the first unified workforce development system in the country and an instrumental partner for developing Michigan’s economic future. Services offered through Michigan Works! are designed to prepare job seekers for employment and provide skilled applicants to employers.
The Michigan Works! workforce development system means jobs for people and people for jobs. Whether its assistance in finding qualified workers or finding employment, every employer, job seeker and worker can access services offered through Michigan Works! Service Centers statewide.

Wednesday: Open 9 am – 5 pm
- If you need to Register for work, please arrive prior to 4 pm. The registration process ends at 4 pm.
- The Resource Room closes daily at 4 pm.
