Welcome to Ferndale High School!

Ferndale High School is fully accredited by the North Central Accreditation Association and continues to strive for academic excellence. We are proud of our ethnic diversity and the harmony that exists among our 1000 students. We consider ourselves a microcosm of young adults from varied social, racial, ethnic and economic backgrounds. The staff of Ferndale High School, in partnership with the community, strives to educate all students in an environment of respect to become quality workers, complex thinkers, effective communicators, and knowledgeable, contributing citizens in a diverse and changing world.

Ferndale High School is a traditional school offering a wide range of classes including Advanced Placement, an outstanding fine arts program, a strong core curriculum, multiple after school clubs and activities and a variety of sports.

Additional classes are offered at CASA and Oakland Techical Centers.
