About the Principal
Dawn Warren, principal of Ferndale Middle School, brings a combination of classroom teaching and administrative experience to the Ferndale Schools. Her solid administrative experience includes high expectations of all students, behavior modification, diversity, mentoring and curricular expertise. Ms. Warren enjoys working with staff, parents and administrators on many initiatives at both the building and district levels.

About the Assistant Principal
Robert Francis, assistant principal of Ferndale Middle School, has been with the Ferndale Schools for nearly 24 years. Within the district, Mr. Francis' professional education experiences are diverse and include high school level, ten years teaching and four years serving as Director of Athletics/Physical Education. He began the position of Assistant Principal at FMS in the 2003/04 school year.
