About the Principal
Pauline Nagle is the principal at Kennedy School. Mrs. Nagle began her career as an elementary teacher in Waterford, Michigan. From there, she became a literacy specialist, teaching Reading Recovery for 1st grade and
coaching teachers K-5th grade on their literacy instruction.
She completed her administration degree at Oakland University, and became a principal in Wayne-Westland
Community Schools.
She came to the Ferndale Schools in 2008 and served as the Coordinator of Elementary Instruction, prior to becoming Principal at Kennedy in 2011.
Mrs. Nagle says, " I quickly found out that Ferndale Public Schools is a beautiful gem. I often tell friends and colleagues that I have found a great “home” in Ferndale. With that said, it is a pleasure to step back into the principal role and be in the building on a day to day basis."
