Preparing for Kindergarten
Roosevelt Tours are scheduled monthly from February to June. Principal Dina Krause offers several tours this year for parents of future students to learn first-hand what Ferndale’s primary school provides for their children. Parents can help their children do their best by making sure:
• Your child attends school every day
• Your child gets a good night’s sleep on school nights
• Your child has a nutritious breakfast every morning
• You encourage your child to do his/her personal best each day at school

Bus Schedule
Bus information is sent home in August from the Transportation Department (248/586-8890) and is also posted at Roosevelt Primary School.

Important Note for Parents
If you need to get a message to your student during the school day, please call the school office no later than 2:30 pm. In the event your student is not in his or her classroom when you call, this provides us with enough time to locate your child’s class and deliver the message in a timely manner.
