Weekly E-blast - February 14th, 2020
This week, we are still glowing from the All City Concert. Great job, everyone! And there's exciting new opportunities to explore engineering, celebrate Black History Month, and more!
This week's eblast is all about travel, near and far, and just in time for holiday traffic! Students went to Campus Martius, to Stanford, and even to Merry Old England. Drive safe out there, everybody. See you next year!
We're exploring the unsung side of our extracurriculars this week with a perfect dance performance and some e-Sports excitement. Plus, reminders about this Saturday's Winter Concert, next week's Bond Meeting. And some holiday fun from TCEC. Don't miss this exciting issue!
This week's eblast is so full, we're writing a bulleted list.
- Middle School class learns about Technical Education
- Lower Elementary helps Gleaners
- Firefighter visits FUEL
- FMS 7th and 8th take PSAT and learn the importance of Cyber Security
Check it out!
We have two stories of giving back, tales of beautiful music (with video), and more this week.
This week's stories all have pairs. We have two stories of transmutation: FUEL turned coins into books while FMS turned Chemistry into Magical Fun! FPS students also took over both Lions' fields: Marching over Ford Field and playing around in Allen Park. Read all about it!
We have so many exciting photos, of Mobile Mini-Med School, a field trip full of ofrendas and food, and our marching band making music. Enjoy the e-blast, everyone!
This week's e-blast is filled with ghastly ghouls and Halloween creepsters for you to find. Of course, there are plenty of great stories as well, from field trips to see Shakespeare and Hands-On science to new student board representatives and another spectacular Marching Band performance. Read about it all!
We have some upcoming ballot proposals. Read about them in the e-blast this week, along with an elementary honor, student leaders and national honor society inductees, a thank you, and more!
