Playworks 

At Ferndale Lower Elementary School, the Playworks program works with students to help build their skills for working and playing in partnerships and teams. Students participate in Playworks programs, both during the school day or after school.  

After School Enrichment 

Ferndale Lower Elementary School offers enrichment programs after school for 6 week cycles. Programs offered vary, based on volunteers that provide support or coaching.  Current programs include dance, basketball and rock-climbing.  

Talent Show/School Play 

Every Spring the PTA sponsors a school talent show or play.  Students try-out for roles, practice after school and create a dynamic program to perform in April each school year.  Auditions take place in January each school year.
