Fall 2020 Survey Results
Survey responses collected between October 6th, 2020 and October 25th, 2020 are represented below.
The survey was distributed to all 3,469 district families via Remind. The 955 responses we received (27.5% response rate) were a well-distributed sample of our school family when measuring for school, grade, and special educational considerations.
Learning Support Labs
8.6% of respondents (82 people) have sent their children into learning labs this school year. That is a little higher than the district average of 6%. (About 200 students attend learning support labs each week, including preschoolers.)
First Semester Satisfaction
When asked about educational experience, 73.4% responded that they have been satisfied or very satisfied, and 19.4% responded as neutral. Only 7.3% of respondents were dissatisfied, and we are working directly with those families to identify and address the concerns.
When asked about technology support provided,
- 82.5% rated their experience as good or very good.
- 13.2% said technology support has been adequate, but some improvements could be made.
- We are working directly with the 3.6% (35 families) who feel frustrated, and the 6 respondents (0.6%) who felt technology support has been inadequate and significantly interferes with learning.
