Throughout February, our district joins the nation in observing Black History Month to recognize the countless contributions and history of Black Americans. Students across all grade levels will have opportunities to engage with current and historical resources focused on this observance.
On our social media pages, we will be highlighting a few of the influential, inspiring and important Black figures in our history. The first spotlight is on Superintendent Camille Hibbler. She leads the district with a steadfast commitment to equity, instructional excellence and community-centered leadership. She is known for her ability to navigate complex systems with clarity, integrity, and a relentless focus on student success.
