This week, Ferndale Middle School hosted our first revamped Grade Level Meetings to celebrate our students, strengthen school culture, and kick off the year on a high note! Students entered the auditorium to their favorite music, setting a fun and welcoming vibe from the start.
We introduced the GRIT Trait of the Month: Respect, featuring student-led videos showing how respect shines at FMS. Students also had the chance to answer GRIT trivia questions and win prizes, making the experience both exciting and meaningful.
We’re so proud of our students for starting the year strong! We celebrated “glows,” such as smooth class transitions and students getting to lockers quickly and ready to learn.
