The Ferndale Schools Homecoming Parade was a smashing success on Friday, October 3rd! The Ferndale community came out to cheer us on in the beautiful sunshine today, gearing up for the day filled with fun Ferndale Schools festivities. Each school building was represented in the parade along with the Homecoming courts. We wish to thank the numerous individuals who assisted in the planning of this spectacular parade, including City Government of Ferndale, Michigan, Ferndale Police Department, Ferndale Fire Department, Ferndale Board of Education, school administrators, principals, teachers, and parent volunteers who put their heart and soul into this parade.
Following the parade, the community came out to support for a community tailgate outside Ferndale High School. Visitors enjoyed free popcorn, face painting, inflatables, and a special variety of food vendors and participating partners including:
