On February 10, FMS Band students in grades 6-8, enjoyed a performance by a professional Brass Quintet. Their performance was possible thanks to a grant through the Detroit Federation of Musicians Union. The group played classical music, pop, jazz, and music from film. Our students also had great questions to ask of them regarding their instruments, life as a musician, and much more!
