We wanted to update you on important steps that you should take if you have any issues with Canvas. We are hopeful that this process will help streamline things so that your concerns are addressed in an efficient manner.  If you have issues with Canvas, please follow the procedure below.

1. Present your problem in one of two ways:

   1. Option 1. Use the following phone number to speak to a Canvas Support member: 1-855-210-2046.  This number is operable 24/7, and it is also available in the Canvas Navigation bar, through the Help icon.

   2. Option 2: Submit your concern to Email Support 

   3. Option 3: There is also a chat option available in the Canvas Navigation bar, through the Help icon. 

2. You can communicate directly with Canvas to solve these problems.  Please note that some issues are PowerSchool-related, and the turnaround time is a little longer because Canvas Support will need to work in conjunction with PowerSchool support.
