On Thursday, September 11th, Ferndale Lower families came together for a wonderful Curriculum Night. They spent the evening connecting with teachers, learning about grade-level curriculum and classroom procedures, and hearing about the many ways students will grow this year at FLower. Families also had the chance to meet one another and strengthen the sense of community that makes our school so special.
In addition to classroom visits, families connected with our community partners, including the Ferndale Area District Library, the PTA, and the Elementary Connections Group (ECG). Chartwells–our food service provider–shared information about healthy meal options and even offered samples of a refreshing cucumber salad.
Curriculum Night was a true celebration of partnership—families, staff, and community working together to cultivate learning and positive school habits. We are excited for the year ahead and grateful for the ongoing support of our School Family.
