Second graders in Ms. Randle's class enjoyed learning about 2D and 3D shapes in the STEAM Lab at Ferndale Lower. Ms. Perkins—our Tech Integration Specialist—introduced students to "Strawbees," and proposed some challenges before setting them free to imagine new objects and components. Several students were enthusiastic to share and speak about their constructions. It was a blast!
