At University High School, students engaged in a design thinking challenge in collaboration with United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM). The goal was to design a solution using their critical thinking and creativity that met the company's needs. Students began tackling the challenge by conducting interviews with employees to identify the problem and to ideate meaningful solutions. After developing their prototype students had the opportunity to showcase their innovative solutions to UWM at Oakland Schools, providing the company with various solutions to implement.
