The Adult Transition Program wrapped up its work-based learning this year with a celebration and reward ceremony at Ascension Hospital Southfield. Each of the 6 students and 2 job coaches, Kelley Carney and Liz Heggen, received presidential certificates and medals for their amazing volunteer work. Thank you to Ascension for this opportunity and thank you to the staff and students for all the hard work they did this year!
