Impi Warriors travelled to the international competition

For the 2026 FIRST Robotics Competition season, Team 1025, Impi Robotics, competed in the REBUILT. There were 531 teams in the FIRST in Michigan district for the 2026 season, Impi was ranked 113. Confirming Michigan's position as one of the largest and most competitive districts in the FIRST Robotics Competition.

Official Record: 23–20–0 in official play

Cyclone, finished with 114 district points

District Ranking: Ranked 113 in the FIRST in Michigan district out of 531 teams

Latest Major Competition: The team recently competed at the FIRST in Michigan State Championship (DTE Energy Foundation Division) held from April 16 to April 18, 2026, at Saginaw Valley State University.

Awarded the Excellence in Engineering Award twice this season. At the Jackson event at Columbia Central High School: "Cyclone" was honored for its seamless engineering and professional design. At the Troy #2 District Event, Impi was awarded the Excellence in Engineering Award while finishing as the 6th seed. While in Jackson the team was given the Jackson Peer Award: Who Let Them Cook Award from Team 862 for "Coolest Robot Design"
