Due to the forecasted dangerously low temperatures and wind chill in our area, all Ferndale Public Schools will be closed for the next two days: Tuesday, January 21st -AND- Wednesday, January 22nd. School will resume on Thursday, January 23, 2025. This decision has been made to ensure the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and families, as these conditions pose significant risks during travel and outdoor exposure.

Extreme cold temperatures and wind chill levels that make travel and outdoor activities unsafe.

Impact on Activities: All after-school programs and extracurricular activities scheduled during these two days are also canceled.

***UPDATE*** VARSITY SPORTS: Varsity Sports Practices and Games will Continue as Scheduled.
